The People Behind CornerClicks
Scottie is the voice you’ll hear when you call and the person you’ll work with most closely. He handles strategy, content, client communication, and business development. His background in music and entertainment taught him how to connect with audiences and tell stories that actually land.
What clients notice first is that he listens. He asks about your business, your challenges, and your goals before he ever mentions services or pricing. And he’ll tell you the truth: if something isn’t the right move for your business, he’ll say so. He’s honest because he cares about helping small businesses grow. It’s that simple.
Nicole is a CalArts-trained artist and the creative force behind every website we build. She handles all design, branding, and development from the initial concept to the final pixel. Every visual on this site was custom designed by her, because we think the difference shows.
Her background in visual and literary arts means she thinks about how a page feels, not just what it looks like. The colors, the layout, the way information flows, what a visitor experiences when they land. That’s why every site we build feels like it belongs to the business behind it. Our Story
How CornerClicks Started and Why We Do This
Our roots go back to 2012, when we started as content creators for small businesses across Southern California. Photography, video production, branding, web design. After a while we kept seeing the same thing: businesses getting sold on social media campaigns and content strategies that looked great on paper but didn’t bring in real customers.
What they actually needed was simpler than anyone was telling them. A solid website. A strong local search presence. Content that answers the questions their customers are asking. And someone willing to explain it all without the runaround.
In 2024 we relaunched as CornerClicks to focus on exactly that. We stopped offering everything and started doing a few things really well: building content-rich websites that rank in search, managing local SEO and Google Business Profiles, running ads that don’t waste money, and growing our clients’ online presence month after month.
We’re a small agency by choice, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Who will I be working with?
Scottie and Nicole. Scottie handles strategy, content, and communication. Nicole handles design and development. We manage every client relationship directly. No outsourced teams, no AI chatbots, no call centers.
Where are you located?
We’re based in Santa Clarita, California, but we work with small-and medium-sized local businesses nationwide. Everything we do can be handled remotely, and most of our client communication happens over phone, text, and email.
How long have you been doing this?
We’ve been working with small businesses since 2012, first as content creators under our previous company, and then as CornerClicks since 2024. Between our partners, we have over 25 years of combined experience in marketing, design, and web development.
Do you only work with certain industries?
We work best with service businesses that depend on being found through search: healthcare, legal, financial, insurance, home services, contractors, and other similar service providers. But if your customers search for what you do when they need it, our approach will likely work for your business too.
What if I just need a website and not monthly marketing?
That’s fine. We build standalone one-page sites starting at $1,500 and five-page sites starting at $3,500. Same quality, same platform. And when you’re ready for ongoing growth, your site is already built to scale.
