Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by CornerClicks LLC (“CornerClicks,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Offered

We provide a variety of services for local businesses, including:

  • Website Design & Development (One-Page, Five-Page, and Custom WordPress Builds)
  • Monthly Marketing Plans (Open for Business, Get Found, Stay Ahead)
  • Content Expansion Plans (Gain Ground, Take Over, Expand Your Territory, Own the Market)
  • Local SEO & Technical SEO
  • Google Business Profile Management
  • Reputation Management
  • Content Development (website pages, blog posts, location pages, service pages)
  • Social Media Management & Cross-Posting
  • Paid Advertising Management (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, Nextdoor & Yelp Ads)
  • Business Branding (logo, business cards, social banners, print materials)
  • Website Hosting, Maintenance & Security
  • Copywriting
  • Photography & Videography
  • Graphic Design

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. For monthly services, a 30-day written cancellation notice is required. For one-time services, payment plans are available. We do not have long-term contracts, so clients may cancel at any time with proper notice.

Content Expansion Plans are billed monthly as add-ons to an active base plan. Pausing or canceling a Content Expansion Plan requires 30 days’ written notice, separate from any notice related to the base plan.

4. Service Delivery

We promise to deliver the services outlined in our service descriptions. However, we are not responsible for the client’s business operations, customer data, or any actions taken against the client’s business. For example, while we can set up payment portals, we are not responsible for the data of the client’s customers. Similarly, although we provide reputation management, any actions taken against the client’s business are not our responsibility.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services. They are responsible for their own business operations and any consequences arising from their use of our services.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all content created by CornerClicks for accuracy, compliance with industry regulations, and alignment with their business practices within the specified review timeframe (see Section 6.5).

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

6.5 Content Accuracy & Client Review Responsibility

Client Responsibility for Content Accuracy:

While CornerClicks strives to create high-quality, professional content for your business, clients acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Specialized Knowledge: CornerClicks is not licensed or certified in your specific industry (medical, legal, insurance, financial services, etc.). We create content based on general research and information you provide, but we are not experts in your field.
  2. Review Requirement: Clients are solely responsible for reviewing all content, copy, service descriptions, pricing, procedures, and any other information we create to ensure accuracy, compliance with industry regulations, and alignment with your business practices.
  3. Approval Process: When we deliver content for review (via email, text, shared documents, or live page links), clients have 5 business days to review and request changes. If we do not receive feedback within this timeframe, we will proceed with publishing or implementing the content as delivered. Silence or lack of response constitutes approval to proceed.
  4. Post-Publication Changes: If inaccuracies are discovered after content is published, we will make reasonable efforts to correct them as part of our ongoing service. However, CornerClicks is not liable for any consequences resulting from inaccurate information that was provided for client review.
  5. Industry Compliance: Clients are responsible for ensuring all content complies with industry-specific regulations, licensing requirements, professional standards, and legal obligations. This includes but is not limited to medical claims (HIPAA), financial advice disclaimers, legal service limitations, and insurance licensing requirements.

Limitation of Liability:

CornerClicks is not responsible for:

  • Errors in technical, medical, legal, financial, or other specialized information
  • Regulatory or compliance violations resulting from published content
  • Business consequences from inaccurate service descriptions, pricing, or procedures
  • Client failure to review and approve content within the specified timeframe
  • Any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from content accuracy issues

By using our services, clients acknowledge they have the final responsibility for all content published on their behalf and agree to indemnify CornerClicks from any claims related to content accuracy.

7. Google Business Profile Management

Google Business Profile Management ensures your business appears accurately and actively in local search results and on Google Maps. The level of management provided scales with your monthly plan tier.

Service Details by Plan:

  • Open for Business ($500/month): Initial setup and full optimization of your Google Business Profile, including business information, services, hours, photos, and categories. One post published to your profile each month when a new website page is created.
  • Get Found ($750/month): Everything in Open for Business, plus one custom-branded post published to your profile every week with graphics designed to your brand standards.
  • Stay Ahead ($1,000/month): Full ongoing management including up to 5 posts per week, Q&A monitoring and responses, profile updates as needed, and responses to all Google reviews. Your profile is actively maintained as a living marketing tool.

What We Do Across All Plans:

  • Verify and optimize business name, address, phone number, hours, website link, and service categories
  • Upload and manage photos provided by the client
  • Monitor for unauthorized edits or spam activity on your profile
  • Respond to reviews at the tier and frequency specified by your plan

Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete business information including address, phone number, hours, and services.
  • Clients are responsible for notifying CornerClicks promptly of any changes to business information, hours, locations, or services.
  • Clients are responsible for providing photos and any promotional content they want incorporated into posts.

Limitation of Liability:

  • While we strive to maintain and optimize your Google Business Profile, we are not responsible for Google’s algorithms, platform policies, or any changes made by Google that may affect your profile’s visibility, ranking, or status.
  • Google retains the right to suspend, merge, or remove business profiles at its sole discretion. CornerClicks is not liable for profile suspensions or removals caused by Google’s policies or actions.
  • We respond to reviews based on the information provided by the client and are not responsible for any legal implications arising from review content or responses.
  • All content created for GBP purposes is subject to the client review requirements outlined in Section 6.5.
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by third parties, including unethical competitors, spam activity, or unauthorized edits to your profile.

8. Reputation Management

Reputation Management helps your business maintain a positive and credible presence across the online platforms where customers are most likely to find and evaluate you. This service is included as a component of the Get Found and Stay Ahead monthly plans. It is not currently offered as a standalone service.

Service Details by Plan:

  • Get Found ($750/month): Google review monitoring and responses. All Google reviews are responded to in your brand’s voice on an ongoing basis.
  • Stay Ahead ($1,000/month): Full reputation management across Google, Yelp, and Facebook. All reviews across these three platforms are monitored and responded to. Includes proactive reputation monitoring to flag any unusual activity or negative trends.

What We Do Across Applicable Plans:

  • Monitor reviews on included platforms and respond in your brand’s voice
  • Flag urgent or sensitive reviews for client awareness before responding when appropriate
  • Maintain consistent, professional responses that reflect your business positively
  • Keep your business information accurate and consistent across major platforms

Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date business information necessary for profile and listing management.
  • Clients are responsible for notifying CornerClicks of any changes to business details, hours, services, or offerings.
  • Clients are responsible for informing CornerClicks of any context relevant to specific reviews or customer situations that may affect how a response is crafted.

Limitation of Liability:

  • While we strive to manage and improve your online reputation, we are not responsible for changes in platform policies or algorithms that may affect your online presence or review visibility.
  • We respond to reviews based on the information provided by the client. CornerClicks is not responsible for any legal implications arising from review content, customer disputes, or responses published on behalf of the client.
  • We cannot remove or suppress negative reviews. Review removal is solely at the discretion of the platform on which the review was posted.
  • All content created for reputation management purposes is subject to the client review requirements outlined in Section 6.5.
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by third parties, including negative reviews, competitor activity, or spam.

9. SEO Services

Search engine optimization is built into every CornerClicks monthly marketing plan from day one. SEO is not a separate add-on: it is a foundational part of how we design, build, and grow your website. The depth and scope of SEO activity scales with your plan tier.

Service Details by Plan:

  • Open for Business ($500/month): Basic SEO setup including general business schema markup, proper heading structure, meta titles and descriptions, clean URLs, XML sitemap submission, and Google and Bing indexing. One new page per month created with SEO best practices applied.
  • Get Found ($750/month): Everything in Open for Business, plus advanced local SEO including local business schema markup, Bing Places setup and management, basic competitor analysis, and two new pages or blog posts per month each optimized for local search.
  • Stay Ahead ($1,000/month): Everything in Get Found, plus advanced local and technical SEO, advanced competitor analysis across SEO, GBP, social, and ads, and three new pages or blog posts per month.
  • Content Expansion Plans: Additional pages per month beyond the base plan, as described in Section 13.5. All expansion pages include full on-page SEO, keyword research, and internal linking.

What We Do Across All Plans:

  • Technical SEO: Site structure, clean code, fast load times, mobile optimization, and crawlability are built into every website we create and maintained on every plan.
  • On-Page SEO: Page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, image alt text, internal linking, and keyword placement are optimized on every page we create.
  • Schema Markup: Structured data is applied to help search engines understand your business, services, and content. Schema depth scales with plan tier.
  • Keyword Research: Every page we create is informed by research into what your potential customers are actually searching for.
  • Search Engine Submission: Your site is submitted to Google and Bing at launch and kept properly indexed as new content is added.
  • Internal Linking: As your site grows, pages are linked strategically to distribute authority and help search engines understand the relationship between your content.

On Reporting: We keep reporting simple and practical. Formal analytics reports are available upon request. For most clients we provide plain-language updates about what was built, what was published, and what is coming next. If you want to review traffic data, keyword rankings, or performance metrics at any time, contact us and we will walk you through it.

SEO Performance Disclaimer: SEO performance timelines referenced in any CornerClicks materials — including our packages and pricing documents — are estimates based on typical results and industry experience. Actual results may vary based on market competition, algorithm changes, client industry, geographic factors, and content quality. CornerClicks does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or timeline outcomes.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their business, services, and service areas.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing all content created for SEO purposes per the requirements in Section 6.5, particularly in regulated industries where content accuracy and compliance are legally significant.

Limitation of Liability:

  • While we strive to enhance your website’s SEO, we are not responsible for changes in search engine algorithms, AI search tool behaviors, or platform policy changes that may affect your site’s ranking or visibility.
  • All content created for SEO purposes is subject to the client review requirements outlined in Section 6.5.
  • We are not responsible for the actions of third parties, including negative SEO attacks, unethical backlinks from outside sources, or changes in how third-party platforms index or display your content.

10. Social Media Management

Social media management is included as a component of the Stay Ahead plan. It is not included in the Open for Business or Get Found plans, though social cross-posting of Google Business Profile content is a feature of the Stay Ahead plan. Standalone social media management is not currently offered as a separate service outside of the monthly plans.

Service Details by Plan:

  • Open for Business ($500/month): Social media management is not included.
  • Get Found ($750/month): Social media management is not included. Google Business Profile posts are created weekly but are not cross-posted to social platforms.
  • Stay Ahead ($1,000/month): Custom-branded graphics created for Google Business Profile posts are cross-posted to up to 3 social media platforms selected from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Yelp, or Nextdoor. Local profile setup and optimization is included for Yelp, Nextdoor, Facebook, and Instagram. Up to 5 branded graphics per week are created and distributed across GBP and selected social platforms.

What We Do on the Stay Ahead Plan:

  • Create custom branded graphics consistent with your visual identity
  • Cross-post GBP content to up to 3 selected social platforms
  • Set up and optimize your social profiles on included platforms with accurate business information, descriptions, and branding
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all included platforms
  • Monitor comments and messages and flag items requiring your attention

On Reporting: Performance reporting for social media is available upon request. We do not deliver automated monthly analytics reports as a standard deliverable. If you want to review engagement, reach, or follower data at any time, contact us and we will pull that information for you.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete business information for profile setup and optimization.
  • Clients are responsible for providing photos, videos, promotional content, and any time-sensitive updates they want reflected in social posts.
  • Clients are responsible for notifying CornerClicks of events, promotions, or announcements they want incorporated into content.

Limitation of Liability:

  • While we strive to maintain a consistent and professional social media presence for your business, we are not responsible for changes in platform policies, algorithms, or terms of service that may affect your profile’s visibility, reach, or engagement.
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by third parties, including followers, other users, or platform-level decisions to restrict, suspend, or remove accounts.
  • All content created for social media is subject to the client review requirements outlined in Section 6.5.

11. Website Design & Development

We provide custom WordPress website design and development services built for performance, search visibility, and long-term growth. All sites are mobile-first, SEO-optimized, secure, and built on WordPress with GeneratePress.

Service Options:

  • One-Page Website ($1,500 one-time): A streamlined, mobile-first site with essential sections (services, about, contact), basic SEO setup and local optimization, accessibility tools, legal compliance pages, standard copywriting, and essential security and performance optimization. Best for startups or budget-conscious businesses that need a simple but credible site.
  • Five-Page Website ($4,000 one-time): A full custom WordPress site with up to five pages including competitor research and positioning, custom copywriting for all five pages, core pages (Home, About, Services, Contact), all required legal pages, accessibility and compliance tools, and essential security and performance optimization. Best for businesses ready for a complete website with strategy, SEO, and room to expand.
  • Monthly Plan Websites: Clients on monthly marketing plans receive a custom WordPress website as part of their plan, with new pages added each month based on plan tier: 1 page per month for Open for Business, 2 pages per month for Get Found, and 3 pages per month for Stay Ahead.
  • Content Expansion Plan Pages: Clients on Content Expansion Plans receive additional custom-written pages each month beyond their base plan, as described in their expansion plan tier. All pages are custom-written and optimized for Google search, AI search visibility, and end-user readability.
  • Additional Pages (A La Carte): Individual pages can be added to an existing one-time build site at $450 per page after a one-page site, or $300 per page after a five-page site. These pages are individually scoped outside of a content strategy. For clients building content at volume, Content Expansion Plans offer better per-page value and include keyword research, SEO architecture, and coordinated content strategy.

Standard Inclusions (All Builds):

  • Fully custom WordPress website
  • Mobile-first responsive design
  • SEO-optimized structure (headings, meta data, schema markup, clean URLs, XML sitemap)
  • SSL security certificate
  • Contact forms with spam protection
  • Daily backup setup
  • Basic plugin setup and optimization
  • Accessibility tools and legal compliance pages including privacy policy, terms of service, cookie consent banner, and standard privacy best practices.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for website creation.
  • Clients are responsible for providing photos, videos, and any other materials needed.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing all content per the requirements outlined in Section 6.5. This is especially critical for businesses in specialized industries (medical, legal, financial, insurance, etc.) where regulatory compliance is required.

Limitation of Liability:

  • While we strive to create and optimize your website, we are not responsible for changes in search engine algorithms that may affect your site’s ranking.
  • All website content is subject to the client review requirements in Section 6.5.
  • We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party plugins or integrations beyond our control, including functionality changes, security vulnerabilities, or performance impacts.
  • Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information published on their website, including but not limited to service offerings, pricing, medical procedures, legal disclaimers, and business hours.

11.5 Paid Advertising Management

Paid advertising management is available as an included service on the Stay Ahead plan, as an add-on to the Open for Business and Get Found plans, or as a standalone service. CornerClicks handles ad account setup, campaign creation, creative development, ongoing optimization, and performance monitoring. Ad spend is always billed separately and paid directly by the client to the advertising platform.

Service Details by Plan:

  • Open for Business ($500/month): Ad management is not included but may be added for $400/month for 1 platform, plus $250/month per additional platform.
  • Get Found ($750/month): Ad management is not included but may be added for $400/month for 1 platform, plus $250/month per additional platform.
  • Stay Ahead ($1,000/month): Ad setup and management is included for up to 2 advertising platforms at no additional cost.
  • Standalone Service: Ad management may be purchased independently of any monthly plan at $400/month for 1 platform, plus $250/month per additional platform.

Additional Costs:

  • Each additional platform beyond included or purchased platforms: $250/month
  • Additional campaigns on the same platform: $150/month
  • Creative-heavy campaigns requiring custom landing pages, video ads, or other production work: Custom quote starting at $500
  • Ad spend: Always billed separately and paid directly by the client to the advertising platform. CornerClicks does not collect, hold, or pass through ad spend funds.

What We Do:

  • Set up and configure ad accounts on selected platforms
  • Conduct audience research and targeting setup
  • Create ad copy, headlines, and creative assets
  • Build and launch campaigns focused on high-intent, local searches relevant to your business
  • Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing adjustments to bids, budgets, targeting, and creative to maximize results
  • Prioritize conversion-focused placements and avoid low-ROI ad formats such as broad display or video ads that rarely perform for local service businesses

On Reporting: Ad performance summaries are available upon request. We do not deliver automated monthly reports as a standard deliverable, but we will provide plain-language performance updates and flag anything that requires your attention or decision. If you want a detailed breakdown of impressions, clicks, conversions, or spend at any time, contact us and we will provide it.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients are solely responsible for all ad spend charges billed directly to their accounts by advertising platforms including Google, Meta, Microsoft, Yelp, and Nextdoor.
  • Clients must maintain valid payment methods on file with each advertising platform. CornerClicks is not responsible for campaign interruptions caused by payment failures, expired cards, or billing issues on the client’s platform accounts.
  • Clients must provide accurate information about their business, services, target customers, and geographic service areas to enable effective campaign setup.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing all ad copy and creative assets per the requirements in Section 6.5, particularly in industries where advertising claims are subject to regulatory oversight (medical, legal, financial, insurance, etc.).
  • Clients must notify CornerClicks promptly of any changes to services, pricing, promotions, or business operations that may affect ad accuracy.

Limitation of Liability:

  • CornerClicks manages paid advertising campaigns with professional care and ongoing optimization, but does not guarantee specific results including click volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, or return on ad spend. Advertising performance is subject to market conditions, platform algorithms, competition, seasonality, and factors outside our control.
  • CornerClicks is not responsible for ad account suspensions, policy violations flagged by advertising platforms, or changes in platform advertising policies that affect campaign delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues promptly on the client’s behalf.
  • CornerClicks is not responsible for overspend, underspend, or billing discrepancies caused by advertising platform systems, automated bidding behavior, or platform-level errors. All ad spend is billed directly by the platform to the client.
  • CornerClicks is not liable for any business losses, lost revenue, or damages arising from advertising campaign performance, platform decisions, or interruptions in ad delivery.
  • All ad copy and creative content is subject to the client review requirements outlined in Section 6.5. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that advertising claims comply with applicable laws and industry regulations.

12. Business Branding

Business branding services are included as part of every CornerClicks monthly marketing plan. The scope of branding deliverables scales with your plan tier. Branding is also available as a standalone service — contact Scott for a custom quote.

Service Details by Plan:

  • Open for Business ($500/month): Logo design and business card design included.
  • Get Found ($750/month): Logo design and business card design included.
  • Stay Ahead ($1,000/month): Full branding package including logo design, business card design, social media banners, and print materials.
  • Standalone Branding: Custom branding projects are available outside of a monthly plan. Scope and pricing are determined by project requirements. Contact Scott to discuss.

What We Do:

  • Design a unique, professional logo that reflects your business identity and works across digital and print applications
  • Create business card designs consistent with your brand
  • Develop social media banners and print materials where included by plan tier
  • Maintain consistent visual style including color palette, typography, and imagery guidance so your brand looks cohesive across all applications

Revisions: All branding deliverables include a reasonable number of revision rounds. Excessive revisions beyond the standard scope may be quoted separately.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their business, target audience, and brand preferences.
  • Clients are responsible for providing any existing brand assets, reference materials, or examples they want incorporated or considered.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing all branding deliverables per the requirements outlined in Section 6.5 and approving final files before use.
  • Once final files are approved and delivered, additional revisions or redesigns may be quoted as a separate project.

Limitation of Liability:

  • While we strive to create professional, effective brand identity materials, we are not responsible for changes in market conditions, consumer perception, or competitive factors that may affect how your brand is received.
  • CornerClicks conducts reasonable checks but is not responsible for trademark conflicts or intellectual property disputes arising from brand assets. Clients are responsible for conducting any trademark searches required for their industry or market.
  • All branding materials are subject to the client review requirements outlined in Section 6.5.
  • We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your brand assets by third parties.

13. Hosting and Maintenance

We offer various hosting and maintenance services to ensure your website runs smoothly, remains secure, and is kept up-to-date.

Service Options:

Website Management, Hosting & Advanced Security ($100/month): Full-service website hosting, management, and support. This package is included at no additional cost in all monthly marketing plans. It is also available as a standalone add-on for clients who have completed a one-time website build.

This package includes:

  • Fully managed website hosting and SSL security (on carbon-neutral servers)
  • Free domain registration
  • Free business email accounts
  • Daily site backups and plugin updates with quick fixes if something breaks
  • Constant monitoring for uptime, broken links, and contact form delivery
  • Security against hacking, spam, and bots
  • Mobile speed optimization with Cloudflare speed and security integration
  • Quick content updates for hours, photos, services, or legal pages
  • No contracts: you own your site and can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice

Standalone Add-On: Clients who have completed a one-time website build may add this package at $100/month. This is also a prerequisite for activating a Content Expansion Plan for one-time build clients. Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.

Plan Cancellation and Hosting Continuity: If a client cancels a monthly marketing plan but wishes to keep their website live, the Website Management, Hosting & Advanced Security package ($100/month) is available as a standalone service to maintain hosting, security, backups, and basic support. Without an active hosting arrangement, CornerClicks cannot guarantee continued uptime or maintenance of the client’s website. Clients will be notified prior to any service interruption.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for service execution.
  • Clients are responsible for providing content, photos, videos, and any other materials needed for the website.

Limitation of Liability:

  • While we strive to provide reliable hosting and maintenance, we are not responsible for outages or technical issues beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for actions taken by third parties, including unauthorized access or cyber attacks.

13.5 Content Expansion Plans

Content Expansion Plans are monthly add-on services that provide additional custom-written website pages beyond what is included in a client’s base monthly plan. These plans are designed to build long-term search authority and competitive positioning through sustained, strategic content development.

Eligibility: Content Expansion Plans are available to CornerClicks clients who have a completed foundation website with a minimum of 5 core pages live on our platform. Clients must be on an active monthly marketing plan or the $100/month Website Management, Hosting & Advanced Security package.

Service Details:

  • Gain Ground Plan ($1,100–$1,375/month): 4–5 additional custom pages per month at $275 per page.
  • Take Over Plan ($1,500–$2,000/month): 6–8 additional custom pages per month at $250 per page.
  • Expand Your Territory Plan ($2,250–$2,700/month): 10–12 additional custom pages per month at $225 per page.
  • Own the Market Plan ($3,150–$3,780/month): 15–18 additional custom pages per month at $210 per page.
  • Custom Plans: Available for businesses requiring 20 or more pages per month. Pricing by custom quote.

All expansion pages are custom-written and optimized for Google search, AI search visibility, and end-user readability. Pages are built to support each other as a coordinated content ecosystem. Page counts listed reflect additional pages beyond the client’s base monthly plan.

Billing: Content Expansion Plans are billed monthly as add-ons to the client’s existing base plan. The total monthly investment is the base plan cost plus the expansion plan cost. Pausing or canceling a Content Expansion Plan requires 30 days’ written notice, separate from any notice related to the base plan. All content created remains the property of the client regardless of plan status.

Recommended Commitment: Content compounds over time. For best results, we recommend staying on an expansion plan for a minimum of 6 months. This is a recommendation based on how SEO and content indexing work, not a contractual requirement.

Content Review: All pages created under Content Expansion Plans are subject to the client review requirements in Section 6.5.

Performance Disclaimer: SEO timelines referenced in any CornerClicks materials are estimates based on typical results and industry experience. Actual results may vary based on market competition, search engine algorithm changes, client industry, geographic factors, and content quality. 14. Referral Program

At CornerClicks, we value the trust and support of our clients. To show our appreciation, we offer a Referral Program that allows you to save on our services by referring new clients to us.

How It Works:

  • Refer a New Client: Simply refer a new local business to CornerClicks. You get $100 off your next bill just for the referral, regardless of whether they sign up.
  • Earn an Ongoing Discount: If the referred business signs up for our services, you receive a 10% discount on your total bill for the next 4 months.
  • Stack Your Discounts: You can stack these 10% discounts up to a maximum of 50%.

Example Scenario:

  • September Referral: Referral made in September. You get $100 off your October bill immediately. If the referral signs up, you get a 10% discount from October to January.
  • October Referral: Another referral made in October. You get another $100 off your next bill. If this referral signs up, your discount increases to 20% from November to January, and then a 10% discount in February.
  • November Referral: A third referral made in November. You get another $100 off your next bill. If this referral signs up, your discount increases to 30% from December to January, 20% in February, and 10% in March.
  • December Referral: A fourth referral made in December. You get another $100 off your next bill. If this referral signs up, your discount increases to 40% from January to February, 30% in March, 20% in April, and 10% in May.
  • January Referral: A fifth referral made in January. You get another $100 off your next bill. If this referral signs up, your discount reaches the maximum of 50% from February to March, 40% in April, 30% in May, 20% in June, and 10% in July.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The referred business must mention your name at the time of sign-up.
  • Discounts are applied to your total bill for services.
  • The 10% ongoing discount can be stacked up to a maximum of 50%.
  • If no new referrals are made, the discount period and percentage will not extend beyond the initial four months per referral.
  • The referral reward program is valid for current CornerClicks clients only.
  • Not available on the standalone Website Management, Hosting & Advanced Security package ($100/month).
  • CornerClicks reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with reasonable notice to active participants.

15. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content, design, graphics, and intellectual property created by CornerClicks LLC during the course of service are the exclusive property of CornerClicks LLC until full payment has been made by the client. Upon full payment, ownership of these materials will transfer to the client, except for any third-party materials used under license.

Third-Party Content: Any third-party content used in the services will remain the property of the respective third-party owners and is subject to their terms of use. The client agrees to abide by the terms of use of any third-party content integrated into the services.

Stock Photography and AI-Assisted Content: Some website builds and content projects may incorporate licensed stock photography or AI-assisted writing tools. Stock images are licensed for use on the client’s website under the applicable stock photography platform’s license terms. Clients may not use stock images outside of the website without verifying their own license rights. AI-assisted content is reviewed, edited, and approved by CornerClicks before delivery and is subject to the same review requirements outlined in Section 6.5.

Trademarks: The client grants CornerClicks LLC the right to use the client’s trademarks, service marks, logos, and other proprietary marks for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.

16. Confidentiality

Definition: Confidential information includes any information disclosed by one party to the other, either directly or indirectly, in writing, orally, or by inspection of tangible objects, that is designated as “Confidential,” “Proprietary,” or some similar designation.

Obligations: Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed to them by the other party confidential and to not disclose or use such information for any purpose outside the scope of these terms without the prior written consent of the disclosing party.

Exceptions: Confidential information does not include information that is or becomes publicly known through no breach of these terms, was in the receiving party’s possession before receipt from the disclosing party, is rightfully received by the receiving party from a third party without a duty of confidentiality, or is independently developed by the receiving party without the use of or reference to the disclosing party’s confidential information.

17. Dispute Resolution

Negotiation: In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate the dispute in good faith for at least thirty (30) days before initiating any legal action.

Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Santa Clarita, California, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

18. Force Majeure

Definition: Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms (other than for delay in the payment of money due and payable hereunder) to the extent said failures or delays are caused by conditions beyond that party’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary license), wars, insurrections, natural disasters, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.

Notification: The party experiencing a force majeure event shall notify the other party promptly of the occurrence of such event and shall use all reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of such event on the performance of its obligations under these terms.

19. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email to the address on file or through written notice. Continued use of CornerClicks services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you have questions about any changes, contact us before continuing service.
